We provide all the instruction on the care label, which you can find sewn into one of the inner seams.<\/p>\n<p>However, even the highest grade of insulation\/filling will eventually lose some thermal efficiency and structure after repeated wash cycles, so we recommend that washing your clothing should not be done often, especially when using a washing machine. Whenever possible, instead of a full wash, we recommend sponging both inner and outer fabrics with soap and water. Then dry and air your sleeping bag thoroughly before storing back in its compression sack.<\/p>\n<p>If you are machine washing your clothing make sure you read the following guidelines for best results.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Zip up everything and ensure any draw-cords are entirely in the machine and not trapped in the door before starting.<\/li>\n<li>Machine wash on a cool and gentle setting (never more than 30\u00b0C\/86\u00b0F) in a front-loading domestic washing machine (we would advise against using a top loader as the agitator can damage the product).<a href=\"https:\/\/help.snugpak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Symbols.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-790\" src=\"https:\/\/help.snugpak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Symbols.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"545\" height=\"102\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.snugpak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Symbols.jpg 800w, https:\/\/help.snugpak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Symbols-300x56.jpg 300w, https:\/\/help.snugpak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Symbols-768x144.jpg 768w, https:\/\/help.snugpak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Symbols-50x9.jpg 50w, https:\/\/help.snugpak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Symbols-60x11.jpg 60w, https:\/\/help.snugpak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Symbols-100x19.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 545px) 100vw, 545px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Avoid the use of liquid detergent and fabric softeners as this can leave a residue on the bag, a low or fragrance-free powder or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nikwax.com\/en-gb\/productselector\/cleaning.php\">Tech Wash<\/a> is ideal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6><strong>Drying<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>We recommend you line dry clothing and we recommend you do not tumble dry.<\/p>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--danger  hts-messages--withtitle  \"   >\r\n    \t\t\t<span class=\"hts-messages__title\">Warning<\/span>    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tDrying clothing in a tumble drier could result in heat damage to the items.
